Role
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to respond to student enquiries generated through campaigns
- Answer basic questions about programs, fees, and the admission process
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up counseling sessions
- Log every call outcome accurately in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call volume targets
Requirements
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
- Clear communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Able to commit to full-time, in-person attendance at our Delhi office for the entire internship duration (no remote or online mode offered)
