Role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students interested in MBA (Online) programs
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes for MBA (Online)
- Maintain and update enquiry and follow-up records in the CRM
- Coordinate with the counseling team on follow-ups and conversions
- Meet weekly enquiry-handling and conversion targets
Requirements
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline
- Comfortable with phone-based and in-person communication
- Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Able to commit to full-time, in-person attendance at our Delhi office for the entire internship duration (no remote or online mode offered)
